Stefano Carotenuto has around two decades of experience in the financial and fiduciary sectors. His career spans banking, insurance and fiduciary services, as well as entrepreneurial roles as Managing Director and member of the Board of Directors of various companies.

As a Swiss-certified fiduciary specialist and licensed auditor, he is primarily responsible for FiduCasa’s strategic direction and the development of efficient structures and processes. His focus is on clear organisation, sound financial foundations and sustainable corporate development.

Honesty, openness and efficiency define his approach. His objective is to structure complex matters clearly and develop solutions that remain effective and sustainable over the long term.

Areas of Responsibility: Financial Reporting, Consolidation

Lukas Wiederkehr has around two decades of extensive experience in fiduciary services, financial accounting and auditing. His professional focus lies in the preparation and auditing of annual financial statements, consolidations and audit-ready reporting, particularly for complex real estate structures.

With a Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance and as a licensed audit expert, he is responsible for complex audit and advisory engagements. In addition to his auditing expertise, he brings extensive experience in compliance and risk management functions within the financial services sector.

His approach is characterised by clear structures, transparent financial processes and high quality standards. Trust, discretion and solution-oriented collaboration are central to his work, with the aim of presenting complex matters in a clear, practical and decision-focused manner.

As the founder and Managing Director of his own fiduciary company, Daniel Imhof has more than a decade of extensive experience in financial services, including senior positions as Head of Fiduciary Services and Head of Finance. During this time, he also served as a member of the Board of Directors and Managing Director for more than 20 companies across a range of industries.

His academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance from the University of Zurich, complemented by a qualification as a Tax Specialist from KV Business School Zurich. As a member of TREUHAND|SUISSE, he continuously develops his professional expertise through ongoing training. At FiduCasa, Daniel Imhof is primarily responsible for finance and the management of real estate mandates. His focus is on clear processes, precise implementation and long-term client support.

Daniel Imhof combines in-depth professional expertise with trust and discretion. Long-term partnerships and the individual needs of each client are at the heart of his work.

Area of Responsibility: Real Estate Management

Gabriele Di Nardo combines extensive fiduciary expertise with a strong technical understanding. As a Swiss-certified accountant, he brings substantial experience in managing client accounts as well as in developing and supporting system-based solutions.

His particular strength lies at the interface between professional expertise and technology. His experience includes the implementation of IT projects, system integration and the preparation of meaningful analyses and reports for clients.

His approach is characterised by precision, a strong commitment to innovation and a clear focus on efficient, practical solutions that work reliably in day-to-day operations.

Areas of Responsibility: Architecture and Real Estate

Nunzio Venuti brings extensive experience in managing complex real estate and architectural projects. His expertise covers the entire project lifecycle, from planning and coordination to the successful delivery of complex developments.

In addition to his operational project management experience, he has in-depth expertise in establishing and managing real estate structures, including within a family office environment. His background is further complemented by experience in governance and foundation-related activities.

His approach combines architectural ambition with commercial understanding. His focus is on structured processes, sound decision-making and the sustainable development of projects.
